Higher Vision Consulting is a credit repair organization. We help you review your credit reports, challenge items that are inaccurate, unfair or unverifiable with the credit bureaus and creditors, and coach you on the habits that build a healthier credit profile over time.
Federal law gives you important rights. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your own credit report yourself, at no cost, by contacting the credit bureaus directly. You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization, for any reason, within three business days of signing it. Credit bureaus must investigate items you dispute, and accurate, current and verifiable information cannot be permanently removed from your credit report.
We cannot and do not promise any specific increase in your credit score or that any particular item will be removed. Results depend on your individual circumstances and vary from person to person. Any statement suggesting a guaranteed outcome is not authorized by us.
We do not charge you for services before those services have been performed, consistent with federal law. The fees, if any, for ongoing services will be described to you in writing before you enroll, and you may cancel at any time.
You agree to provide accurate information, to authorize us only for the work you want us to perform, and to review your credit reports and the results of our work. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
